Townshippers' Association's Make Way for YOUth project is part of the Place aux jeunes en région initiative to counter youth exodus and encourage qualified young professionals to migrate to areas outside of Quebec's large city centres: Montréal, Quebec City and Gatineau. The project offers a variety of services for young, post-secondary students and/or graduates, including:

Make Way for YOUth is part of a province-wide organization, Place aux jeunes en région, which encourages the migration and settlement of youth in areas outside Québec’s large city centres.
